About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Strategist with 6 - 8 years of background in Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) or Analytics & Insights (A&I).
Digital marketing, e-commerce metrics, and influencer analytics are often too technical or fragmented for brand leaders. In this role, you will serve as the strategic bridge between our internal data engines and client-side decision-makers. You will diagnose client business pain points, translate complex tech and social commerce intelligence into growth strategies, and articulate actionable insights directly to Brand Heads and Marketing Directors.
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Client Partnership & Consulting
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to client-side Marketing Directors, Brand Heads, and E-Commerce leads.
- Deeply understand client business models, commercial objectives, and market challenges across Vietnam.
- Own the executive narrative-converting complex data sets into clear, high-impact business strategies.
2. Intelligence Translation & ROI Mapping
- Bridge the gap between technical digital/influencer metrics and real-world brand performance.
- Connect AnyMind’s proprietary analytics tools and social intelligence directly to client pain points to demonstrate tangible ROI.
- Translate market signals, consumer behavior trends, and campaign data into executive-level strategic decks and pitch narratives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- 6–8 years of direct experience in a Consumer & Market Insights (CMI), Analytics & Insights (A&I), or Brand Insights role.
- Prior experience working client-side at top-tier FMCG/MNC brands or leading strategic CMI accounts at top insight agencies.
- Strong grasp of Brand Strategy, E-Commerce performance, and Digital/Social Commerce ecosystems.
- Exceptional client-facing presence with a proven ability to unpack technical concepts into crisp, persuasive strategic stories.
- Adept at using data, market intelligence, and structured frameworks to solve ambiguous business problems.
- Good command of English
