About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior System Analyst to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Oracle FLEXCUBE within our core banking environment. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring that banking operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and support core banking operations within the Oracle FLEXCUBE platform
  • Configure and maintain product setups, parameters, events, accounting roles, and rules
  • Troubleshoot issues across the FLEXCUBE architecture, including database, application, and interfaces
  • Perform data analysis and validation using SQL queries
  • Review and interpret web service messages (SOAP/REST) and XML payloads
  • Investigate UNIX/Linux logs to identify and resolve system issues
  • Read and interpret technical documentation to support system enhancements and fixes
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions
  • Support production environments and ensure timely resolution of incidents
  • Validate accounting entries, interest and fee calculations, and regulatory reporting outputs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst within core banking environments
  • Strong understanding of core banking operations, including account lifecycle, interest and fee calculations, and accounting entries
  • Knowledge of regulatory reporting concepts
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS)
  • Familiarity with FLEXCUBE architecture covering the database, application, and interfaces
  • Expertise in product setup and parameters, events, accounting roles, and rules
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation
  • Understanding of web services (SOAP/REST) and XML messages
  • Skills in reading UNIX/Linux logs and technical documentation
  • Capability to analyze complex problems and deliver effective solutions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in production/support environments
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written (B2+ level)

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with banking standards such as ISO 20022 and SWIFT MT/MX
  • Oracle FLEXCUBE certifications
