About the Position

We are looking for a highly autonomous and hands-on Senior System & Information Security Administrator to take full ownership of the company’s global IT infrastructure and security environment.

This is a standalone IT role, responsible for all aspects of the organization’s IT operations, infrastructure, security, and end-user support, while coordinating external IT providers and vendors.

Responsibilities

System Administration: Manage and maintain servers (On-prem/Azure), Active Directory (Entra ID), user accounts, and monitoring systems.
IT Infrastructure & Storage: Maintain networks, hardware, and storage systems to ensure stable and efficient operations.
Technical Support: Provide high-level technical support to end users and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
Information Security: Maintain firewalls, endpoint protection, and access control; enforce security policies to ensure system integrity.
Backup & Database Maintenance: Manage backup processes, disaster recovery (DR), and routine Microsoft SQL Server maintenance.
Vendor Coordination: Professionally manage external IT and security vendors when required.

Requirements

7+ years of proven experience as a System Administrator – mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux Server, networking, and IT infrastructure.
Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 (M365) administration.
Experience with virtualization, primarily Proxmox.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
High level of English proficiency.
