We are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for our team in Bucharest, Romania. This is a full-time position focused on high-volume recruitment and strategic talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement talent acquisition strategy in the company.
• Take ownership and manage the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent via various channels, mainly for high-volume recruitment.
• Ensure the best candidate experience throughout attraction, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
• Identify and engage with the best talent on the market, both locally and internationally.
• Undertake thorough, fair, and well-evidenced interviews with potential candidates.
• Develop strong external knowledge of the corresponding labor market to provide guidance and advice to internal clients/stakeholders.
• Track and use key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding recruitment decisions and the quality of hires.
• Assemble and provide data and statistics related to high-volume recruitment for key stakeholders.
• Prepare and monitor the budget for recruitment activities.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand, assess, and plan hiring needs.
• Plan and follow through with recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain and implement unified policies and procedures.
• Optimize process workflows efficiently.
• Work closely with the Employer Branding team within candidate attraction.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and ensure the talent acquisition process is well-managed.
• Maintain post-placement contact to ensure that new hires have been successful.
• Secure the TA team’s competence and high performance standards.
• Engage in various projects or initiatives within the TA area.
• Collaborate with TA colleagues in other locations.

Requirements

• 2+ years proven hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably in a large company.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment.
• Experience in analyzing complex recruitment data.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Expertise in labor market, digital recruitment channels, selection tools.
• Strong strategical mindset & analytical thinking.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong business relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to work productively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Confident in influencing and negotiating with all levels of seniority, along with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
• Meticulous with a strong attention to detail.
• Sees each requisition as a project and plans accordingly.
• Resilient in overcoming objections and a tenacious and determined attitude when faced with barriers or obstacles.
