Responsibilities

• Executive Search – from market analysis to support at the final stages
• Headhunting and direct search using modern tools and approaches
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with industry leaders
• Assessment of experience, leadership and management competencies, collection of recommendations
• Partnership with managers in strategic selection issues
• Implementation of new approaches to finding, assessing and attracting talents

Requirements

• Experience in executive search, headhunting – from 3 years
• Proficiency in direct search tools – Boolean Search, X-Ray, talent mapping
• Deep understanding of the labor market and the ability to assess the level of candidates
• Strong communication skills, ability to persuade and conduct complex negotiations
• High level of ethics and ability to work with confidential information
• System thinking, independence and focus on results
