About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant (Microsoft Azure) to join our team in Poland, specializing in Azure-based solutions and enterprise-scale Microsoft technologies. This Technology Consulting role is designed for a consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft platforms. The role combines client-facing consulting (approximately 50%) and solution delivery/architecture work (50%).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams across the full sales lifecycle
- Support proposal development, scoping, and statements of work
- Design project team structures, effort estimations, and cost models
- Communicate scope, risks, and assumptions to technical and executive stakeholders
- Design Azure-based solutions (application modernization, data, AI/ML, Copilot, Fabric)
- Analyze client systems and define transformation roadmaps
- Produce architecture documentation and solution blueprints
- Conduct design reviews and ensure delivery quality
- Support development teams and resolve technical challenges
- Share expertise internally and elevate engineering standards
- Stay updated on Microsoft technologies and trends
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and internal communities
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Azure and Microsoft ecosystem (applications, data, AI/ML)
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft solutions
- Proven client-facing consulting experience
- Experience with presales activities and proposal creation
- Strong solution architecture knowledge (APIs, containers, serverless, data platforms)
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Background in software development or data engineering
