What You Can Expect

Responsibilities

• Holistic IT Architecture: You strategically advise our clients on the design, scaling, and optimization of highly available Atlassian platforms (Cloud and Data Center).
• Complex Enterprise Migrations: You take technical responsibility for demanding data migration, consolidation, and upgrade projects in a corporate environment.
• Requirements Engineering: You analyze and model highly complex business requirements and translate them into tailored, technical application designs.
• System Integration & Scripting: You seamlessly connect systems and eliminate manual workflows through smart automations and custom API connections.
• Strategic Sparring at C-Level: You confidently navigate complex client organizations and act as a valued technical contact for business areas and management levels.

Requirements

• Your Toolstack

  • Atlassian Enterprise Suite: Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence (Cloud & Data Center)
  • Scripting & Automation: Scriptrunner, Python, PowerShell, Bash, REST APIs
  • Infrastructure & OS: Linux and Windows server configurations, network elements
  • Databases & Data Structures: PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle, relational data models
  • Identity & Access Management: LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, OIDC

• Professional Competence

  • Several years of project experience: You bring at least 5 years of solid experience in IT consulting or as a technical consultant/integrator of software solutions.
  • Atlassian Expertise: You have demonstrable, in-depth practice in the administration and deployment of the Atlassian toolchain in complex corporate structures or large projects.
  • Infrastructure & Cloud Know-how: You master the interplay of operating systems, network configurations, databases, and modern cloud infrastructures like a pro.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: You communicate target-oriented and negotiation-secure in German (C1/C2) and absolutely fluently in English (B2+) to handle Atlassian documentation and vendor tickets effortlessly.
  • Certified Foundation (Nice-to-have): You have Atlassian certifications (ACPs) or bring experience from highly regulated industries such as the automotive industry (OEM/Supplier).
