  • Identify, document, and track dependencies across products, portfolios, platforms, teams, vendors, and release trains
  • Maintain dependency maps covering owners, required dates, upstream and downstream impacts, risks, and resolution actions
  • Drive dependency resolution and escalate conflicts that may affect delivery timelines or release commitments
  • Track progress, milestones, risks, issues, decisions, actions, and blockers at both detailed and portfolio levels
  • Establish delivery dashboards, status reports, milestone views, and executive-level reporting
  • Consolidate updates across teams and communicate delivery health, critical dependencies, risks, decisions, and required actions to executives
  • Facilitate delivery reviews, release-readiness checkpoints, dependency reviews, risk discussions, and executive governance meetings
  • Hold teams and stakeholders accountable for commitments, actions, decisions, and dependency resolution
  • Support SAFe Agile execution, including PI readiness, PI Planning, ART coordination, cross-team dependency management, iteration tracking, and release alignment
  • Improve delivery predictability while avoiding unnecessary process and administrative overhead
  • Establish and track delivery quality gates across initiatives
  • Drive release readiness reviews and Go/No-Go checkpoints
  • Ensure testing, defect management, operational readiness, support readiness, monitoring, and rollback plans are completed before production release
  • Provide transparent reporting on delivery quality, release risk, and readiness status
  • Escalate readiness concerns and recommend mitigation actions when release commitments are at risk

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Technical Program Manager or Senior Program Manager
  • Proven ability to create and manage integrated plans across multiple products, portfolios, and engineering teams
  • Strong experience managing complex cross-product and cross-team dependencies
  • Practical knowledge of SAFe Agile, PI Planning, ART execution, Solution Train coordination, and portfolio-level delivery coordination
  • Strong experience in delivery tracking, dashboard creation, executive reporting, and governance
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, establish accountability, and drive decisions without direct authority
  • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Planview, ServiceNow, or similar tools

We Offer

  • Competitive salary
