Senior Test Automation Engineer (Healthcare/Medical industry)

We are seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer with extensive experience in designing and implementing automated quality assurance strategies across desktop, web, and backend systems. This role focuses on developing scalable automation frameworks, validating application performance, integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, and driving continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable end-to-end test automation strategies
- Implement and maintain test automation frameworks
- Build and optimize CI/CD quality gates and automated validation pipelines
- Perform stress, load, and performance testing activities
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and QA engineers to improve product quality and reliability
- Introduce and leverage AI-assisted testing and automation approaches where applicable
- Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous quality improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation engineering
- Strong expertise across multiple testing layers, including unit, integration, system, UI, performance, and stress testing
- Strong programming skills in at least one of the following languages: JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
- Practical experience with modern automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress
- Experience using AI-assisted development and testing tools
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
- Hands-on experience with GitLab CI or similar CI/CD platforms
- Strong understanding of software quality assurance methodologies and automation best practices
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher

- Experience with Java or C#
- Experience with Ranorex
- Experience with penetration testing
- Experience working in regulated industries
- German language proficiency
