Senior TypeScript Developer

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior TypeScript Developer to join our international team. The project is a streaming IP TV platform (OTT media service), which includes premium cinema solutions, gaming systems, home theaters, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Build high-performance engine for Smart TV applications.
• Develop solutions to address complex problems, particularly in advanced OTT video streaming.
• Contribute to a future-ready, high-quality, and performance code base.
• Bring technical solutions and product ideas to the leadership team through design review and code review.
• Work closely with the team (daily standups).

Requirements

• JavaScript and TypeScript development and testing skills.
• Experienced in at least one JavaScript unit testing framework (e.g., Jest).
• Experienced in advanced web development (e.g., multi-threading, asynchronous requests, implementation/code/lib protection).
• Experienced in media streaming.
• Ability to port reference code from Android or Swift to preferably TypeScript.
• Experienced in development JS/TypeScript code for Smart TV platforms like Samsung and LG.
• Experienced in maintaining and extending existing TypeScript code base.
• English - Intermediate+ (both written and verbal).
