About the Position

Senior UI/UX Designer - Krakow

Ubiquiti Poland is looking for a talented Senior UX/UI Designer with at least 5 years of professional experience designing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate with product, development, and design teams to craft intuitive, delightful, and impactful experiences across our product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and experiences for digital products (web and mobile)
• Utilize Figma or similar modern design tools
• Apply strong understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and visual design
• Ideate and develop user-centered design solutions
• Communicate effectively with teams
• Take ownership of design work and deliverables

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and visual design
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
• Fluent in English
• Intermediate level of Polish

Nice to Have

• Knowledge or interest in IT, networking, or wireless technologies
• Experience with motion design or prototyping tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle, or similar)
• Exposure to or passion for design systems and component libraries
