Senior UI/UX Designer - Krakow

About the Position

Ubiquiti Poland is seeking a talented Senior UX/UI Designer with at least 5 years of professional experience designing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate with product, development, and design teams to craft intuitive, delightful, and impactful experiences across our product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and experiences for digital products (web and mobile)
• Utilize Figma (or similar modern design tools) for design work
• Apply strong understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and visual design
• Ideate and develop thoughtful, user-centered design solutions
• Communicate effectively with product, development, and design teams
• Demonstrate self-driven initiative and ownership of design work and deliverables
• Fluent in English

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing user interfaces and experiences for digital products (web and mobile)
• Strong proficiency with Figma (or similar modern design tools)
• Solid understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and visual design
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
• Self-driven with strong ownership of design work and deliverables
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Knowledge or interest in IT, networking, or wireless technologies
• Experience with motion design or prototyping tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle, or similar)
• Exposure to or passion for design systems and component libraries
• Polish Language - intermediate level
