Senior UI/UX Designer (SaaS Focus)

About the Position

We’re seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with a focus on SaaS to shape intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling product experiences. This is a full-time remote position where your work will directly influence how users interact with our platform, driving both usability and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the full UI/UX design process for key product features and improvements.
• Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant user flows, wireframes, and pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Lead discovery and research activities to deeply understand user needs and pain points.
• Develop scalable design systems and ensure consistency across screens and product modules.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation and high-quality delivery.
• Continuously experiment, iterate, and improve product experiences based on data, feedback, and usability outcomes.
• Validate design decisions through research, testing, and measurable product improvements.
• Advocate for user-centered thinking across the organization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, ideally within SaaS or other product-driven environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design: user research, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and design system contributions.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools (FigJam, interactive prototyping, component libraries, etc.).
• Experience working with design systems - creating, maintaining, and scaling them across complex products.
• Ability to collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong user research skills: conducting interviews, usability testing, gathering and synthesizing insights.
• Deep understanding SaaS user expectations, product standards, and competitive dynamics.
• Background working in outsourcing or product outsourcing environments, handling multiple stakeholders and adapting design approaches to diverse client needs.
• English - upper intermediate.
