Senior Unity Developer

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Unity Developer for our Bebi Family team in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical development of gameplay features from concept to release
• Translate design specifications into functional, polished gameplay
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, reliable code
• Ensure top-tier performance, quality, and responsiveness
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs; propose and implement robust fixes
• Integrate art/audio/media assets and maintain an effective content pipeline
• Mentor junior developers and perform thoughtful code reviews
• Uphold code quality, organization, automation, and best practices

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Unity (C#), including scripting, animation, GUI styles, textures, and particle systems
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and current design/architectural patterns
• Proven experience shipping on iOS and Android
• Experience optimizing performance, memory, and storage (including support for older devices)
• Ability to write clean, readable, maintainable code with strong documentation practices
• Familiarity with level design and production planning
• Comfortable with task management systems (preferably Jira)
• Growth mindset: you learn continuously and stay current with game-dev standards and tooling
• Clear, proactive collaboration and communication skills across disciplines
