Senior US IT Recruiter

About the Position

Programmers.IO is currently looking to hire a Senior US IT Recruiter to join our team. If you have 2 to 6 years of experience in US IT recruitment and are willing to work from the Noida location, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
• Work with direct clients and implementation partners to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and candidates.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial screening to evaluate technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
• Validate candidate authenticity by thoroughly checking experience, project work, and employment history.
• Ensure candidate alignment with client/vendor requirements and compliance standards.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage the offer process.
• Negotiate compensation based on market standards and candidate expectations.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of US IT recruitment processes and terminology.
• Proven experience working with implementation partners and direct clients.
• Hands-on experience with various visa types.
• Good knowledge of US tax terms: W2, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), 1099.
• Ability to identify genuine candidates vs. fake profiles.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and job portals (Ceipal, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Proven track record of successful placements in the US market.
• Experience managing vendor layers and client coordination.
