About the Position

Smart Project is a Ukrainian product company specializing in the full-cycle development of games. With 15 years of experience in creating and promoting Casual genre products, we are now strengthening our company's marketing team and are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager.

We believe that the most valuable asset of the company is its people, and we want to work on interesting and challenging tasks together with equally passionate professionals.

Responsibilities

Procurement in various advertising channels to achieve the set KPI
Interaction with advertising channel managers
Initiation of tests and hypothesis verification
Participation in the creation and testing of advertising creatives (you have a real impact on the development of both marketing and the project as a whole)

Requirements

Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years
Experience working with traffic acquisition channels (Google Ads, Applovin, Unity ads, Meta, Liftoff, IronSource, etc.)
Experience working with budgets from $100K
Experience working with MMP (Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc.)

Nice to Have

Experience with mediation and bidding
Experience with incentive traffic
