Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Position

Zeeks is an international IT company with Ukrainian roots, recognized for delivering high-performance affiliate marketing services in complex and highly competitive niches. Our products serve a content and service-oriented purpose. We are currently entering a new stage of growth by building a portfolio of proprietary products for Tier-1 markets with high-quality standards. As part of this journey, we are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join a large-scale content and service platform featuring brand reviews, rankings, comparisons, guides, bonuses, filters, user profiles, and decision-making tools.

Responsibilities

• Design UX/UI solutions for a web platform in the iGaming niche, including rankings, reviews, directories, bonus pages, filters, onboarding flows, and personal accounts.
• Improve user journeys such as brand search and comparison, bonus selection, and transitions to partner websites.
• Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, including components, states, responsiveness, and documentation.
• Identify and analyze UX issues using heatmaps, analytics, funnels, and user behavior data.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and the development team to create solutions that balance user experience and business metrics.
• Optimize interfaces for mobile-first experiences, fast content scanning, and user trust.
• Prepare development-ready designs and document component logic, states, and edge cases.
• Participate in product discovery sessions, formulate UX hypotheses, and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design for product companies or digital products.
• Experience working with complex content or marketplace-style platforms, including rankings, directories, comparisons, filters, reviews, and affiliate products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX problem-solving and product thinking.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems.
• Solid understanding of mobile-first principles, responsive design, accessibility, and usability best practices.
• Experience working with product analytics and behavioral data.
• Ability to justify design decisions through user needs, business goals, and metrics.
• English level: B1 or higher.
