Senior Vice President - Private Equity Fund Accounting

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Vice President - Private Equity Fund Accounting to lead a newly established Aviation KYC onboarding team in Dublin, IE.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Aviation KYC onboarding team.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and account opening processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Present performance metrics and operational updates to senior management.
• Drive process improvements and enhance onboarding efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Front Office teams.

Requirements

• Strong KYC / AML onboarding experience within financial services.
• Previous people management or team leadership experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Nice to Have

• Aviation sector experience is highly desirable.
