About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Web Analyst to join our Web Tracking & Insights team, focusing on the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of website and app tracking solutions using tag management systems, with a primary emphasis on Google Tag Manager and supplementary experience with Tealium. This role centers on tracking implementation, data collection, and analytics enablement rather than frontend web development.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure tracking tags, triggers, and variables within Google Tag Manager and Tealium IQ
- Design and maintain GA4 event tracking, custom dimensions/metrics, and channel groupings
- Test, validate, and troubleshoot tracking implementations in collaboration with web development teams
- Integrate and maintain marketing pixels, including Meta, Google Ads, Bing, and Floodlight, via tag management systems
- Coordinate testing of marketing pixel implementations with media agencies
- Document tracking setups and maintain clear implementation guidelines
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and/or Tealium IQ
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Proficiency in JavaScript for tag customization and debugging
- Solid understanding of HTML and CSS to interpret page structure and debug tracking issues
- Understanding of dataLayer design and event-driven data tracking
- Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2+)
Nice to Have
- Understanding of digital marketing technologies and consent management
