(Senior) Web Developer (m/f/d) – Frontend, Backend, or Full Stack

Our cloud-native SaaS platform brings online events to life on the web-with everything that goes with it: streaming, interaction, networking, reporting, event control, and much more. Whether it's audience questions, digital showrooms, or 1:1 video calls-we bring everything together on a high-performance platform.

To enable us to continue growing, we are looking for you to join our development team. Whether front-end, back-end, or full-stack-what matters to us is that you are passionate about your field, think proactively, and are willing to take on responsibility.

Responsibilities

• You will continue to develop our innovative event platform and its features with a focus on usability, scalability, and performance.
• You are working on a modern event solution with real-time streaming, interaction, chat, networking, reporting, and more.
• You will be actively involved in technical design and development-whether in front-end, back-end, or full-stack.
• You work closely with other developers, UX, and QA-agile, direct, goal-oriented.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in web development
• Deep knowledge in your area of focus: front end, back end, or both
• Passion for modern web technologies, API design, and user experiences
• Interest in topics such as video streaming, real-time communication, and interaction
• Experience working with Git in team projects, willingness to perform code reviews & clean code
• Enjoyment of collaboration, product thinking, and pragmatic implementation
• Good German language skills (at least B2) and solid English language skills
