Senior/Lead Creative Marketing Manager

We’re currently looking for a Senior/Lead Creative Marketing Manager to join a business that is developing an AI-powered platform for creating advertising creatives and launching digital campaigns.

The product automates key stages of the digital advertising process - from creating ad creatives to launching and optimizing campaigns. It enables businesses to test advertising ideas faster, launch more campaigns, and identify which creatives perform best with their audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the full creative pipeline for Meta ads.
• Produce creatives hands-on (video, static, UGC, AI).
• Build and manage a creative team.
• Run creative testing: hypotheses, briefs, launch, analysis, iteration.
• Track performance and report weekly.
• Research competitors and maintain a library of winning hooks/angles.
• Scale AI-driven creative production.

Requirements

• Solid experience in performance creatives for Meta, B2C products.
• Hands-on experience in video editing, static design, and ad copywriting.
• Experience running creative testing: hypothesis → brief → production → test → iteration.
• Ability to read and analyze ad metrics (hook rate, CTR, CPI, ROAS).
• Experience with AI creative tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience briefing and managing designers, editors, and UGC creators.
