About the Position

Physicians in the USA rely on fast, accurate diagnostic workflows - and this platform is what makes that possible. The system handles remote diagnosis based on sonograms, electrocardiograms, ultrasounds, and other scans, while distributing tasks intelligently across physician workloads. It’s a technically demanding product in the radiology domain, where performance and reliability aren’t optional. You’d be joining a team that takes both the engineering and the real-world impact seriously.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and enhancement of core platform features, keeping stability and performance as non-negotiable baselines.
• Drive code quality through thorough reviews, setting the bar for what good looks like on the team.
• Shape product requirements by working directly with cross-functional teams - not just receiving specs, but actively refining them.
• Represent the technical side to stakeholders: run demos, explain trade-offs, and communicate decisions clearly.
• Contribute to how the team works - process improvements, discussions, and raising issues before they become blockers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on **.NET **web development experience, with production systems that had real scalability and performance requirements.
• Strong command of .NET Core and C# - this is the core of the role. Entity Framework experience is expected.
• Solid MS SQL skills: you can design a schema and optimize a slow query without reaching for a tutorial.
• Experience in the healthcare domain and familiarity with medical imaging standards like DICOM are a must-have.
• Comfortable communicating technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders - you can run a demo and field hard questions.
• Daily use of IDE-integrated AI assistants (Claude, Cursor, or similar) for development, debugging, and unit test generation - and the discipline to review AI-generated diffs carefully, catch deprecated packages or hallucinated APIs, and never let sensitive data or hardcoded secrets slip through in prompts.
• Upper-Intermediate English or above.
• Experience with React and AWS or other cloud platforms is a genuine plus.
