Responsibilities

Product Management

Work closely with stakeholders to document business requirements, define user stories, and contribute to planning and execution
Collaborate with teammates to ensure the smooth implementation of UI/UX design, aligning with product vision and user needs
Validate requirements provided by the product management team and other stakeholders
Participate in preparing and prioritizing refactoring plans
Provide L3 support for clients (if applicable)

Project Management

Decompose complex tasks into achievable work items
Interact with other teams involved in product development to optimize processes
Keep sprint workloads up to date

People Management

Conduct coaching and mentoring activities to provide technical leadership for team members
Participate in technical interviews

Software Development

Implement features of any level of complexity
Design tests (unit, integration, etc.)
Promote high software quality standards among team members by applying best practices
Analyze feature requirements, conduct technical research when needed, decompose features into subtasks, and provide accurate estimates
Collaborate with the Head of Engineering and Solution Architect to design and implement architectural solutions for the project
Deliver features for testing and provide consultations to the QA team during feature verification
Conduct code reviews

Requirements

Deep knowledge of.NET Framework/.NET Core/.NET and C#
Understanding of OOP and OOD, including SOLID principles and GoF design patterns
Deep knowledge of data structures
Strong algorithmic foundation
Experience with relational databases and SQL
Experience with version control systems (Git preferred)
Knowledge and understanding of the software lifecycle
Knowledge of task estimation and decomposition approaches and methodologies
Experience with ALM systems (Jira preferred)
Experience with knowledge bases (Confluence preferred)
Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with CI systems (Jenkins preferred)
Understanding of Scrum principles and values
Experience with Entity Framework
Experience with ADO.NET
Hands-on experience with WinForms; experience with DevExpress WinForms components is a plus
Experience with SSIS, COM interop, and unmanaged code interop is a plus
