Senior.NET Engineer

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior.NET Engineer for our American project. Our customer is an online enterprise-grade food ordering platform used by many of the US’s largest restaurant chains and millions of users. You will contribute to implementing large, strategic, and complex components and services, including solution design and reliability concerns.

In this role, you will work on distributed and microservices-based applications, designing and developing end-to-end flows and solving complex technical challenges. You will be involved not only in writing high-quality code, but also in technical decision-making, code quality, testing, and collaboration across the team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable end-to-end solutions within a distributed/microservices architecture.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and testable code using C#/.NET.
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Analyze and solve complex technical problems.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architecture and engineering decisions.
• Review code and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
• Communicate technical solutions and concepts effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve engineering practices and product quality.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and consistently meet sprint and quarterly delivery commitments.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of code quality, performance, and efficiency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of C# and.NET and strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Experience architecting and developing end-to-end flows in distributed and microservices-based architectures.
• Solid experience writing unit tests and developing testable, maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
• Good technical judgment and the ability to challenge assumptions and consider different perspectives.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience providing constructive feedback and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to consistently deliver sprint and quarterly commitments while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD and deployment tools such as TeamCity and Octopus.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog and Sumo Logic.
• Experience with end-to-end testing using Playwright.
