Responsibilities

  • Design and build software that automates Kubernetes cluster provisioning, upgrades, scaling, and lifecycle management.
  • Maintain and build Kubernetes operators, controllers, and custom resource definitions (CRDs) that power our internal platform.
  • Design, build, and operate core cluster services such as service discovery, ingress, and observability pipelines.
  • Build developer tooling and platform APIs that simplify how engineers deploy, debug, and operate services.
  • Improve the software that manages application deployment across our multi-tenant Kubernetes platform.
  • Design abstractions that hide infrastructure complexity from product engineering teams.

  • Partner with product engineering teams to translate workload requirements into platform primitives and self-service capabilities.
  • Debug complex production issues across Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, networking, and application layers.
  • Help evolve the architecture of the platform supporting AI workloads used by healthcare professionals around the world.
  • Participate in on-call, lead incident response, and design processes to prevent repeat failures.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in a Platform or Infrastructure Team.
  • Significant experience building production software using low-level system languages, preferably in Go or Rust.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes beyond deploying applications, including Operators, Controllers, CRDs, or Kubernetes internals.
  • A solid understanding of Kubernetes cluster architecture and lifecycle management.
  • Experience building automation that reduces operational complexity.
  • Experience designing and implementing GitOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux, GitHub Actions).
  • Strong debugging skills across distributed systems, networking, and Linux environments.
  • Experience working in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Comfortable owning production systems from design through implementation and operation.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with C++.
  • Experience in cloud environments.
  • Strong debugging skills.

We Offer

  • Hybrid working environment in our Copenhagen office.
  • Equipment provided by Corti.
