Description of the Role:

The SEO Manager is responsible for stimulating organic traffic growth, attracting users by developing and implementing tactics that ensure relevant and qualified traffic to the corporate website: https://viseven.com/.

Engagement: 4 working hours per day on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Content Manager and Head of PR on creating and maintaining the content calendar
• Conduct ongoing optimization of content and the site: improving readability, developing internal linking strategies, re-optimizing seasonal content, cleaning low-performing content, optimizing for topic clusters, precise site taxonomy setup, and other related tasks as needed
• Conduct in-depth research in our industry and competitive environment, identifying key content and tool gaps, as well as new content opportunities and initiatives. Share relevant information with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and other areas as needed
• Analyze backlinks and work with internal stakeholders (PR, data analyst) and external partners to increase domain ranking and authority through backlinks
• Research, audit, propose, and implement new ideas and tactics to improve site speed, responsiveness, error correction, etc.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of our SEO initiatives, preparing reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis using Google Data Studio

Requirements

• English level Upper-Intermediate or higher
• 2+ years of commercial experience as an SEO Manager
• Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience with SEO reporting (Ahrefs, Semrush, Majestic)
• Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g., Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
• Excellent understanding of PR channels and social media and how they work with SEO
