Service Delivery Manager

About the Position

A Ukrainian consulting company specializing in the support, optimization, and development of complex ERP-class enterprise management systems for large businesses is expanding its team and invites applications for the position of Service Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities

• Receive, perform initial classification, register, and route tickets from clients;
• Monitor compliance with deadlines for handling requests;
• Cooperate with relevant internal specialists to ensure prompt resolution of incidents;
• Support clients throughout the task resolution process, provide feedback, and clarify details;
• Prepare and issue completion certificates (or period-end reports) for clients; track completed hours/tasks;
• Participate in the implementation of mini-projects: monitor deadlines, budget and scope, prepare project status reports, close projects and hand them over to the Support team;
• Initiate and implement internal projects aimed at improving processes within the team and the company;
• Coordinate the resolution of complex issues with relevant colleagues, analyze their root causes, and propose effective solutions.

Requirements

• Higher education;
• At least 2 years of experience in managing enterprise-level technical support, IT consulting, or IT mini-project implementation;
• English - Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher;
• Understanding of ERP systems and large integrated enterprise management systems, as well as basic business processes;
• Ability to act as an effective bridge between business and IT, communicating confidently with both technical specialists and top management;
• Ability to manage requests, priorities, deadlines, and multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and self-management skills, and a proactive approach.
