Service Delivery Specialist

About the Role
At signetbreedband, we help companies – from SMEs to enterprises – with internet and network solutions they can rely on.
As a Service Delivery Specialist, you are the driving force behind our customer promises. You coordinate customer orders and projects from A to Z and ensure the successful delivery of our services.
From the moment an offer is signed, you take on the coordination of the delivery. You keep the overview, organize, plan, and align with customers, account managers, our technical teams, and suppliers. Sometimes things go exactly according to schedule; on other moments you have to improvise because a supplier is delayed, a schedule changes, or something else happens along the way. You ensure that everyone knows where they stand and that we find a good solution together.
You don't do this on your own. Service Delivery is a close team where we easily approach each other, help one another when things get busy, and feel a shared responsibility for the tasks we are working on. We do not start from controlling, but from trust. You will have the freedom to make independent decisions and organize your work in your own way, knowing that you can always rely on your colleagues.
This way of working together is also reflected throughout the rest of Signetbreedband. Communication lines are short, we know each other and we can easily reach out to one another. A question for an engineer, account manager, or supervisor does not have to go through three different departments. We believe it is important that people take responsibility, but just as important that we help each other when necessary.
