About the Position
Currently for one of our clients, an international IT company which delivers its own solutions for various business sectors: space & defense, transportation, etc., we are looking for a Service Manager.
Ref. number: MJ/SEM/DE/719
Responsibilities
- Design and management of IT Infrastructure
- Take care of the quality of Infrastructure and management of SLA
- Management of Infrastructure Team
- Performing tasks within service management
Requirements
- Technical higher education in IT or similar
- Fluency in English
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- General knowledge of at least some of the following Infrastructure fields: Linux administration, VMWare, Storage, switching, CI/CD, HA, Docker, ticketing systems, Shell/Python scripting, or tools like Ansible or Chef, etc.
