About the Job
As a Service Medarbeider at Hotel Haugesund, you are the face of our hotel. You will welcome our guests, take care of them during their stay, and bid them farewell when they leave.

Responsibilities
- Be in contact with all our guests and assist them with their wishes.
- Handle bookings via phone and email.
- Assist guests during check-in via the check-in machine.
- Cash handling, daily settlements.
- Daily routines and tasks according to current checklists.
- Security routines.
- Serve the hotel's lounge and bar.
- Take care of breakfast in the morning and lunch in the evening, including preparation, serving, and cleanup.
- Replenish items in the hotel's SHOP.
Requirements
- A positive, smiling, and charismatic person who loves good service and other people.
- Innovative, thoughtful, and creative.
- Have a burning passion for providing fantastic guest experiences.
- You love to help - guests and colleagues, and contribute to a healthy and good work environment.
- You are hardworking, flexible, and enjoy working at a high pace and with high quality in the work you do.
Experience from reception or hotel is an advantage but not a requirement.
You will sometimes work alone, and we therefore seek applicants over 21 years old.
