Responsibilities

• Install Primion hardware (e.g., time tracking terminals, card readers, digital locks) at interior and exterior doors for our customers in your region.
• Configure the functionality of the hardware components digitally on a PC after installation.
• Verify the correct operation of the system, hand over the installation to the customer, and train the system administrators.
• Conduct thorough documentation of the installed customer system - also from home if preferred!
• As part of customer service, troubleshoot issues or replace damaged hardware components, perform regular maintenance and inspections, and take on on-call duties.

Requirements

• Completed technical training, e.g., as an Electronics Technician (m/f/d) in Information and Telecommunications Technology, or as an Electronics Technician (m/f/d) for Energy and Building Technology. A (started) further education as a Technician (m/f/d) in the fields of Telecommunications or Computer Science is desirable.
• Hardware and software knowledge in the network area as well as general computer skills.
• Experience in installation and customer service.
• Fluent German and good English skills in speech and writing.
• Open, communicative personality, friendly manners in customer contact.
• Results-oriented and flexible.
• Valid driver's license class B.
