ServiceNow Administrator/Developer

About the Position

We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to manage and maintain our ServiceNow platform, ensuring system performance and user support.

Responsibilities

• Daily management, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
• Troubleshooting and monitoring system performance
• Providing support to system users
• System configuration
• Planning and executing system updates
• Managing user permissions and their allocation
• Integrating ServiceNow with other solutions
• Maintaining ServiceNow support processes, ensuring compliance with standard procedures

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role
• CAS (Certified System Administrator) or CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certification
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• Attention to detail and a meticulous approach
• Fluency in German or English (spoken and written)
