About the Position
We are seeking a driven and innovative ServiceNow Architect to join our growing team and help design and build solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, estimate, and design technical solutions based on the ServiceNow platform
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert to the customer and members of the team
- Oversee the development process and ensure that requirements are implemented according to the client’s needs and best practices
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions
- Closely collaborate with various stakeholders and members of the team
- Create and maintain design specifications and architectural diagrams
- Design, develop, and present proof of concepts
- Participate in interviews and skill assessment sessions related to ServiceNow development
Requirements
- Proficiency in multiple applications and modules of the ServiceNow platform
- Expertise in developing complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform, integrating numerous third-party systems
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST, SOAP, AngularJS
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Solid grasp of ITIL frameworks
- Background in leading and guiding a team of developers
- Experience engaging directly with both technical and business stakeholders from the client side
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of simplifying complex technical information for a variety of audiences
- English proficiency at B2+ level
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with PowerShell
- Knowledge of LDAP
- Familiarity with Cloud providers
