About the Position

We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Consultant for one of our clients, an integrator and partner of ServiceNow, in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Participation in the analysis of functional requirements;
• Implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow solution;
• Integration of the solution with other systems;
• Technical presentations, workshops, and training for clients;
• Support during the maintenance phase of the solution;

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in implementing or maintaining ServiceNow or another ITSM tool;
• Ability to write scripts in Java, JavaScript, or C# for ServiceNow deployments and integrations;
• At least a good knowledge of English;
• Communicative skills and analytical thinking;
• Openness and ability to collaborate with external clients;
• ITIL and ServiceNow certifications are a plus;
