About the Position
Shopify Account Manager（ECコンサルタント）
Location: Tokyo
Responsibilities
1. EC Site Production/PM Direction
- Managing the production and renewal projects of EC sites, including Shopify
- Client requirement gathering and definition
- Instruction and coordination with production teams and system vendors
- Instruction and coordination with designers and clients
- Schedule management, progress tracking, and risk management
2. Test Design and Direction
- Designing tests before launch and creating test items
- Directing test implementation and ensuring quality
3. Site Improvement Proposals
- Proposing UI/UX improvements based on operational data
- Creating improvement proposals and presentation materials for clients
Position Highlights
- Systematic Acquisition of EC and Web Direction Skills:
- Realization of 'Seeing Your Creations in Use': Achieve a sense of accomplishment as the sites you direct are launched and used by customers.
- No Experience Barrier if You Have a Passion for IT or EC: Whether your previous role was in sales or marketing, if you enjoy working with digital products, you are welcome.
Requirements
Must-Have Requirements
- Experience in directing and managing EC site or website production projects
- Experience in requirement gathering and coordination with clients and internal/external stakeholders
- Experience in test design and test direction
- No coding knowledge required, but a strong interest and curiosity in web services and digital products are necessary
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in translating business requirements into system requirements
- Knowledge and experience in customer journey design
- Knowledge and experience in UI/UX improvement proposals
- Basic knowledge of marketing and advertising
- Experience in Shopify production and operation projects
- Experience using design adjustment tools such as Figma
