We are seeking a Shopper & Store Management Supervisor to lead our store operations, ensuring high quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct operation of the store during your shift, maintaining high quality standards, in accordance with the Company's Processes and Policies.
• Coordinate the team and their tasks, assigning resources according to priorities and maximizing productivity.
• Ensure the appropriate staff for each day and time, constantly communicating with the Store Manager regarding the team's performance.
• Support the Store Manager in the fulfillment of the store's administrative processes (Inventory Management/Shrinkage Control/Billing/Human Resources/Maintenance).
• Ensure the correct implementation of hygiene, safety, and order standards.
• Support the Store Manager in the professional development of their collaborators.
• Delivery of orders: Ensure the operational efficiency of the pickers (order picker/assembler) by creating multitasking roles that maximize the Utilization Rate (UTR) and minimize the fail rate and picking time.
• Constantly monitor the fulfillment process, ensuring the store's capacity. Generate recommendations and process improvements to the Field Operations Coordinator that improve productivity and store profitability.
• Manage and control budget costs, maximizing the budget.

Requirements

• Experience in similar positions leading work teams.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google.
• Action-oriented and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, ability to build positive relationships, and generate trust.
• Commitment, proactivity, and good communication skills.
