SL - Formateur Symfony - H/F

About the Position

SensioLabs, the creator of the Open-Source Symfony framework, is looking for a Symfony Trainer (H/F) to join our team in Asnières-sur-Seine, France. This role involves designing and delivering training modules in Symfony and PHP.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training modules in line with the strategy defined in collaboration with the training department head.
• Develop and maintain the SensioLabs University e-learning platform.
• Develop and evolve tools necessary for both in-person and remote training.
• Conduct training sessions both in-person and remotely.
• Implement actions to ensure the quality of training and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with technological advancements.

Requirements

• Passionate about Symfony, PHP, Open Source, and new technologies.
• 2-3 years of experience and a solid theoretical knowledge of Symfony.
• Strong experience as a PHP/Symfony developer.
• Technical, pedagogical, and curiosity levels are more important than formal education.
• Ideally certified or in the process of obtaining Symfony certification.
• Appetence for knowledge sharing (writing articles, giving talks, creating training modules, tutorials, etc.).

Nice to Have

• Experience with API Platform, API Rest, Sylius.
• Knowledge of testing tools (PHPUnit, Behat, Cypress, etc.).
• Experience with continuous integration (Jenkins, Gitlab-CI, Github Action, etc.).
