About the Position
Within the Swiss-Ukrainian E-Governance for Accountability and Participation Program (EGAP), East Europe Foundation announces a vacancy for the position of SMM Manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop, together with the lead, a content plan for all social platforms of the project;
- Develop independently and brainstorm with the team ideas for various content formats;
- Analyze the activities of subscribers and create recommendations for their engagement;
- Plan and implement mechanics to attract and grow the audience;
- Write the texts of posts, as well as adapt ready-made texts of various volumes and formats;
- Communicate with subscribers, ensure the growth of their number;
- Create visual materials in graphic editors and, if necessary, interact with the designer;
- It would be a plus if you can create reels and are able to work with videos.
Requirements
- Confirmed experience of responsibility for social networks in a company/startup/project from 1 year;
- Experience of managing social networks from 1 year (Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.);
- Skills in using analytics tools and social network monitoring systems;
- Understanding trends, SMM tools, and content formats;
- Experience in writing texts of various formats and topics;
- Analytical thinking and understanding of metrics for content performance analysis;
- Self-organization and the ability to effectively manage one’s own time.
