About the Position

SMM-manager, Kyiv

Our company is one of the largest charitable projects in Ukraine. A team that annually ignites and organizes large-scale events in Kyiv.

We expect you to:

• Have 2-3 years of professional experience and successful management of SMM projects;
• Be able to write interesting and unique texts in Ukrainian;
• Understand the algorithms of social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram);
• Have a good taste and be knowledgeable about trends;
• Be able to write long reads that captivate the reader;
• Successfully manage advertising processes, set up an advertising campaign, and analyze its results;
• Have developed communication skills;
• Be stress-resistant, responsible, and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Management of company accounts on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram);
• Creation of SMM strategies in accordance with the company's values and vision;
• Development and implementation of content plans and promotion strategies;
• Creation of creatives – text, graphic, and video content optimized for each social platform;
• Establishing cooperation and interaction with influencers and bloggers;
• Close interaction and task setting for the designer, targetologists, and PR team;
• Direct work with the community – direct messages, comments, contests;
• Analysis of results and updating of SMM and content strategies.
