About the Position

We are looking for an SMM Manager to manage our brand's social media presence, content creation, and audience engagement.

About the Company

SIG is a company with several proprietary brands and its own digital department. There are no agencies between the idea and publication: everything is done in-house by a team sitting in one office.

Social media for us is not just a "checkbox channel." It's where brands gain recognition, audience, and part of the requests. Therefore, we are looking for not just an executor of the content plan, but a person who will take this direction under their wing.

Responsibilities

• Building the brands' presence on social media: which platforms, for which tasks, with what content
• Managing accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube - each with its own logic, not the same text for all five
• Maintaining the content plan and filling it with: texts, visuals, short-form video, interactive content
• Writing independently. Not "approving with a copywriter," but writing
• Releasing content into production: posts, stories, Reels, videos
• Engaging with the audience - comments, direct messages, community work
• Amplifying what worked to reach beyond organic reach
• Looking at the numbers: ER, reach, CTR, follower growth, applications - and changing the approach based on them
• Launching collaborations with bloggers and opinion leaders and bringing them to a measurable result
• Bringing new formats before they are written about in "trends of the year" roundups

Requirements

• At least 2 years in SMM - specifically with commercial accounts, not personal blogs
• Portfolio or case studies. Please attach directly to your resume: this is the fastest way to understand how you think
• Confident work with planners and platform analytics
• Understanding why the same message works differently on LinkedIn and TikTok: algorithms, formats, audience behavior, moderation restrictions
• Ability to explain metrics, not just show them: ER, CTR, CAC, CPL
• Basic understanding of targeting (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) - at the level of "can set a task and check the result"
• A taste for visuals and a sense of language: so that the text is read, not scrolled past
• Independence. We don't count hours - we look at the result

Nice to Have

• English from Intermediate level
• Experience in independently launching advertising campaigns
• Shooting and editing short videos
• Working with multiple brands simultaneously
• Active use of AI tools in daily tasks
