SMM&Comms Specialist

We are looking for a creative and driven SMM & Comms Specialist to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine. This role is about more than managing social media channels; it's about crafting engaging content that resonates with our audience and amplifies our brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Own Solidgate’s Instagram @solidgate_tech and Facebook page: From strategy to execution.
• Create content together with our PR manager and designer - posts, Reels, stories, scripts, and more.
• Track performance, analyze audience reactions, and constantly optimize our content.
• Spot trends early and adapt them to our brand, producing viral-worthy content.
• Work closely with the comms team to find insights, ideas, and stories worth sharing.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in SMM or content creation.
• Strong writing skills - simple, engaging, and structured.
• English at least Intermediate+.
• Understanding of SMM tools, content formats, and metrics.
• Curiosity for trends and love for testing new ideas.

Nice to Have

• Experience in shooting and editing Reels (or the ambition to learn fast).
• Hands-on with Meta Ads.
• Basic marketing knowledge and awareness of key social metrics.
• Previous SMM experience in a tech company.
