About the Position

CPL Healthcare is recruiting Social Care Workers on behalf of a reputable organisation supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities across Ireland. We are recruiting for a social care worker to join an established team in Limerick.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
• Ensure compliance with HIQA regulations and standards.
• Lead and supervise care teams.
• Maintain excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Participate in shift work as required.

Requirements

• Level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards.
• Experience leading and supervising teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Flexibility to participate in shift work.
• Eligibility to register as a Social Care Worker according to Coru Registration Requirements.
