About the Position

Through this, they can help their young people reach their full potential and give them a chance at a brighter future. We are currently accepting applications for a Social Care Worker & Leader position in Arklow & Avoca, Wicklow.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to young people.
• Protect and support young people to build resilience and recover from early life trauma.
• Help young people reach their full potential.

Requirements

• A minimum level 7 in Social Care or relevant qualification.
• Full, clean, manual driver's licence (valid in Ireland).
• Knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children’s Residential Centres.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
• Experience working in services within which TCI is used.
• Minimum 1 year experience working at Social Care grade with young persons (for the Leader position only).

• Competitive salary range: €37,440 - €46,176 per year.
