About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Growth Manager to drive growth across our cloud-native Kubernetes cost optimization platform, Cast AI, and our agentic coding platform, Kimchi. With over 2,100 companies already relying on us, including Akamai, BMW, Cisco, FICO, HuggingFace, NielsenIQ, Swisscom, and TGS, we have a lot of ground to cover.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and curate content for various social media platforms.
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
