With over 5 years of experience, we have successfully completed more than 1000 projects for clients in Ukraine, Europe, the USA, and the Middle East. Our global goal is to scale our clients' businesses and elevate them to a new level. To achieve this, we have assembled a team of professionals who work diligently towards this objective.
Recently, we have become part of an IT holding company. This year, our goal is to triple our profitability, and within 5 years, to enter the TOP digital marketing agencies in Ukraine and increase the share of international clients to 50%. We are currently looking for a top-tier Senior Social Media Buyer to join our team and grow with us in the number and scale of projects.
At the beginning of your work, your supervisor will be the Head of Target, and in the future, you will have the opportunity to become a team leader, department head, or even a C-level manager.
You will work with budgets starting from $20,000 per month. In case of successful work, your budget will increase monthly according to the indicators. Our goal is for you to reach a budget of at least $300,000 and more.
Your KPI will be calculated in such a way that you will have no restrictions and will be able to independently influence your income.
During your work with the client, your goals will be:
- To find and scale working connections;
- To reduce the cost of target conversion;
- To optimize traffic to obtain a continuous flow of advertising;
- To meet the KPI for the required quantity, quality, and price of traffic.
During project work, you will interact with designers who will help you create creatives.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Facebook/TikTok Media Buyer;
- Successfully worked with TIЕR 1 markets;
- Launched FB/TikTok accounts from scratch;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets;
- Successful experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Pluses, but not mandatory:
- Experience with traffic rebalancing from social networks to search engines, such as Google, through official partners;
- Experience with Keitaro;
- Worked with budgets from $50,000;
- English proficiency at B2 level.
