About the Position
We are seeking a Social Media Manager for Instagram (SNS運用) to join our Marketing Solutions team. You will be responsible for managing brand SNS accounts, increasing followers, and enhancing engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage brand SNS accounts, focusing on Instagram
- Plan and create posts (creative work is handled by another team)
- Manage and adjust post schedules
- Handle community management, including comments and DMs
- Analyze SNS insights and create reports
- Stay updated on the latest SNS trends and algorithm changes
Requirements
必須要件 (Required)
- At least 2 years of experience in SNS management
- Knowledge and experience in BtoC-focused SNS management, particularly on Instagram
- Experience using SNS insight features and analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Experience in community management (comment and DM handling, building relationships with fans)
- Ability to catch trends and plan high-engagement posts
歓迎要件 (Preferred)
- Experience managing other SNS platforms (Twitter/X, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Experience using simple creative editing tools like Canva
- Knowledge of SNS marketing and experience in strategy planning
