About the Position
Social Media Manager-Instagram (SNS運用)
We are seeking a Social Media Manager for Instagram to join our team in Tokyo, focusing on brand awareness and engagement through organic posts.
Responsibilities
- Manage brand's SNS accounts, primarily Instagram, to increase followers and engagement.
- Plan and create posts (creative work is handled by another team).
- Manage post schedules and community management, including responding to comments and DMs.
- Analyze SNS insights and create reports.
- Stay updated with the latest SNS trends and algorithm changes.
Requirements
必須要件 (Required)
- At least 2 years of experience in SNS management.
- Knowledge and experience in BtoC-focused SNS management, particularly on Instagram.
- Experience using SNS insight features and analysis tools like Google Analytics.
- Experience in community management, including comment and DM responses, and building relationships with fans.
- Ability to catch trends and plan high-engagement posts.

- Experience managing other SNS platforms such as Twitter/X, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Experience using simple creative editing tools like Canva.
- Knowledge of SNS marketing and experience in strategy planning.
