We create new formats, stories, and build a world where the only limit is human imagination. And now we are looking for a Social Media Manager who is ready to join us and create it with us.

Your task is to build organic social from scratch as a separate channel for user acquisition - from strategy and content to analytics and scaling what works.

Your Mission

• Launch and develop LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram; Facebook and X - additional channels.
• Build a social media strategy, content plan, and stable publishing process.
• Create content pillars, formats, hooks, and content series for each platform.
• Independently write English copy and scripts for short-form content.
• Coordinate content creation with Product, Marketing, Design, and Creative teams.
• Analyze reach, engagement, CTR, traffic, and conversion and test new hypotheses based on data.
• Monitor trends and competitors and quickly adapt relevant formats for our product.

Requirements

• Experience in managing social media for a digital product, SaaS, or tech company.
• Experience in independently building an SMM strategy and launching and developing channels.
• Strong practical experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Ability to create content: writing texts, finding strong hooks, working with various formats and scripts for short videos.
• Understanding of the acquisition funnel: from content and traffic to registration and purchase.
• Ability to work with social media analytics: ER, reach, impressions, CTR, audience growth, and conversions.
• Experience with GA4 and social media analytics.
• English proficiency at the Intermediate level.
• Use of AI for information search, content analysis, and automation of routine tasks.
