About the Position

We're seeking a Social Media Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to join our marketing team in Kecamatan Kosambi, Indonesia, focusing on engaging content creation and community management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms
• Monitor, respond, and engage with followers and online communities
• Build strong online presence and brand loyalty
• Support and execute social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions
• Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, CTR)
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Monitor competitors’ activities and provide recommendations for improvement
