About the Position
We are seeking a Social Media Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to join our marketing team in Kecamatan Kosambi, Indonesia. This role focuses on content creation and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms
- Monitor, respond, and engage with followers and online communities
- Build strong online presence and brand loyalty
- Support and execute social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions
- Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, CTR)
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Monitor competitors’ activities and provide recommendations for improvement
