About the Position
Join ExampleCorp as a Software Analyst and contribute to developing and improving software products. Collaborate with a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements
- Evaluate business requirements and recommend solutions that will improve business processes
- Design, document, and maintain system processes and workflows
- Create prototypes and mock-ups to demonstrate proposed solutions
- Conduct system testing and user Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Prepare system documentation, user manuals, and training materials
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for end users
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in software development or systems analysis
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Experience in process improvement and software quality assurance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and time management skills
