La Mission
In Accessiway, we are not just a SaaS company: we are a rapidly growing scale-up with the goal of making technology accessible to everyone.
We are looking for a Software Developer (Backend or Full Stack) who wants to challenge their technical skills to turn innovation into concrete social impact, contributing to the creation of digital products used by over 1.3 billion people worldwide.
Responsibilities
Depending on your specialization (Full Stack or predominantly Backend), you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and release of high-performance services:
- Backend Engineering: Development and maintenance of Lambda functions, services on ECS, and REST APIs through API Gateway, using TypeScript as the primary language.

- Quality and Infrastructure: Management of Docker containers, collaboration on AWS CDK stacks (TypeScript), and constant performance monitoring via Sentry.
Requirements
- Protected Categories Membership (L. 68/99, Art. 1 or Art. 18)
- Proven experience in software development (Backend or Full Stack) with solid knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript.
- AWS Ecosystem: Practical experience with major cloud services (Lambda, SQS/SNS, ECS, API Gateway, RDS/DynamoDB).
- Database: Solid understanding of schema design and query optimization on PostgreSQL.
- Code Quality: Attention to detail, writing clean/typed code, and coverage through automated testing.
- Mindset: Ownership mindset, proactivity in problem-solving, and a good level of written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Python or experience with Firebase (Authentication, Remote Config).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK in TypeScript).
- Practical experience with digital accessibility testing tools (Lighthouse, Axe, WCAG).
- Previous experience in startup, scale-up, or SaaS product contexts.
We Offer
- Work-Life Balance: Flexible hybrid/remote work model.
- Inclusivity and Accessible Spaces: Barrier-free office in Turin, with ergonomic workstations and 100% adapted to any specific needs.
- Company Culture: International team (over 15 nationalities), pet-friendly environment, Learning & Development paths, and free English courses during working hours.
